1. Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)
2. Define and review QHSE drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design or inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
3. Define Bureau Veritas interventions
4. Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques
5. Execute or supervise design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques
6. Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
7. Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System
8. Interpret results of survey or inspection
9. Treatment of Non-Conformities / corrective actions
10. Review and appraise inspection procedures
11. Maintain internal and external communication
12. Design and deliver training for customers and new engineers
13. Promote Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients
14. Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment
15. Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)
16. Customer relation management
17. Mentor one or more less experienced Engineers
18. ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
19. ** Other tasks assigned by the company

Minimum Education & Experience and Other Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with focus on technical background
2. Working experience: 7+ years’ related working experience (depending on level) or excellent fresh graduate for entry level engineer
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven and pragmatic
4. Energetic and hardworking, and able to work independently under high pressure
5. Well-organized and able to look ahead and forecast issues proactively
6. English and local language skills, PC Skills
