Duties & Responsibilities:

  

工作职责：

  

  

• Have good knowledge of sole agency project and the area it located, recommend office property in efficient professional manner and bring in quality tenants.

  熟悉驻场项目情况及项目区域情况，向来访客户熟练的推介合适物业并展示高效、专业的职业素养，为项目引进优质租户。

• Business development by cold call, cold visit, meeting etc. Collect valid info of client, learn the specific requirements of potential clients and recommend office property that agented by JLL.

  通过电话、陌生拜访、约谈等方式开拓客户资源。获取有效的客户信息，了解潜在客户的真实租赁需求并向其推介公司所代理的办公楼项目。

            

  

• Build detailed client database, follow up potential client regularly, maintain good relationship with old client, update client’s requirements timely, elaborate professional proposal and inspect buildings if needed.

  建立完善的客户档案，定期回访潜在客户，积极维护老客户关系并及时更新客户需求，为潜在客户提供专业的物业租赁方案，并陪同客户进行实地勘察。

• Assist client/landlord to accomplish leasing negotiation and prepare written documents and try to close the deal.

  全程协助客户或业主完成办公楼租赁谈判并负责编制各种书面文件, 积极促使业务成交。

          

  

• Cooperate with third party agency and maintain good relationship with landlords.

  维护与第三方渠道的合作关系，与各项目业主建立良好的协作关系。

    

  

  

  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  

任职要求

  

  

• University qualification in real estate, marketing or economics preferred.

  

本科及以上学历，房地产、市场营销、经济学专业优先。

  

  

• 2 years office leasing or commercial property relevant working experience.

  

2年办公楼租赁或商业地产相关经验。

  

  

• Excellent in communication, interpersonal skill and presentation. Strong team-work spirit.

  

具备卓越的沟通能力、交际能力和展示能力，以及较强的团队合作意识。

  

  

• Good career competence, highly initiative and able to work under sales pressure.

  

具备较高职业素养，工作积极主动并能胜任具有销售压力的工作。

  

  

• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  

Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件熟练。
