职位:高级顾问-顾问线

部门:零售地产部

直线汇报对象: 顾问线负责人

工作地点: 重庆

日常工作职责描述:

• 负责完成部门总监及经理布置的各项工作，并主要承担报告的撰写及所撰写部分的汇报工作；
• 负责完成由项目组负责人及公司领导交予的客户日常联络工作；
• 参与团队专业性课题研发，参与各项公司内外培训活动。
• 与公司其他业务团队保持建设性的工作关系；
• 参与撰写项目的竞标提案，积极参与新客户拓展；

关键绩效考核指标：

• 个人业绩（35%）：达到既定的财务收入目标；
• 客户满意度（35%）：达到高水平的客户满意度，负责项目客户反馈5分评分需达到80%， 4分以
• pan> 上评分需达到20%；
• 服务革新（30%）: 每年至少提出一条对于部门业务拓展的改进建议及研发一项针对报告的提升建议。

任职要求:

工作经验：

？ 3年以上从事房地产顾问或者开发的工作经验，有独立负责执行项目方案的操作经验。

教育背景：

？ 国内知名院校本科以上学历。

职业资格：

1. 优秀的报告撰写和报告演讲能力，熟练使用各类办公软件，并熟悉常用工程软件（CAD,SU等）的基本操作；
2. 具备良好的客户服务意识，具有良好的职业道德和职业形象；
3. 具有丰富的地产知识，对商业地产及零售市场有一定理解。

语言及技能：

1. 流利的普通话口头表达能力，具备基本的英文听说读写能力；
2. 较强的抗压力，能够适应不定期加班；
3. 具有良好的分析及方案编撰能力；
4. 有较强的创新意识。

其他prefer:

25-30岁；

大型外资企业、国际知名顾问机构任职经验优先；

在知名零售商及企业从事招商及商业运营工作优先；

国内重点大学研究生及海外教育经历者优先；

建筑设计、城市规划、房地产及统计学相关专业优先。

Job Description

Position: Senior Consultant – Consultancy team

Dept.: Retail

People Manager: Consultancy team director

Location: Chongqing

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing the work that arranged by dept. director and manager, and mainly responsible for writing report and presenting the written parts;
• Responsible for daily liaison work with clients allocated by the project leadership;
• To participate in researching and developing specialized subject conducted by the team, and take part in the company’s internal and external training program;
• To maintain a constructive working relationship with company’s other business teams;
• To participate in writing project bidding proposal and actively developing new clients;

Key Performance Measures:

• To contribute to revenue targets;
• To achieve a high level of client satisfaction, 80% customer feedback required to achieve 5 points, 20% feedback required achieve above 4 points of the responsible project;
• Other: At least to put forward one improve proposal for developing dept. business and one advice for upgrading report every year.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Working Experience

More than 3 years’ work experience engaged in the development of real estate consultant especially has the independent project plan execution experience.

Education:

Bachelor or above degree in domestic famous universities;

Professional:

Excellent report writing and presentation skills, be able to skilfully use the office software, and familiar with the basic operation of engineering software (CAD, SU, etc.);

Have good customer service consciousness, good professional ethics and professional image;

Have rich knowledge of real estate, a certain understanding of commercial real estate and retail market.

Language and skills:

Fluent spoken Mandarin, with basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

Strong anti-stress, can adapt to the occasional late work;

Have good analysis and program compiling ability;

Have a strong sense of innovation.

Prefer:

25-30 years old;

Large foreign enterprises, international consultant agency experience is preferred;

In the famous retailers and enterprises engaged in investment and commercial operations is preferred;

National key university graduate students and oversea education experience is preferred;

Architectural design, urban planning, real estate and statistics related major is preferred.
