职位描述

目前在为一家欧美化工类外资公司招募行政秘书，base重庆沙坪坝区，有跨国公司工作经验优先，可直接联系vx:18019427581

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Site Administrative function management including stationery& office supply, canteen, dormitory, shuttle bus & company car, plant shower and laundry room management, office area housekeeping, courier management, front desk reception, meeting or training room management and so on

2.Provide logistics support to plant management, internal and external visitors per need, e.g. transportation arrangement, hotel booking, meeting venue reservation, etc.

3.Coordinate, organize, or support different kind of activities like company opening ceremony, annual dinner, MFG functional event, family day, safety month, EEC activities, company branding and culture promotion, etc.

4.Regularly organize internal customers survey to improve the employee satisfaction and foster better work relationship

5.Assist plant manager to coordinate MFG MOR, Site Cross-function Meeting and Quarterly Town Hall Meeting, Global EHSS Town Hall, etc,

6.Provide secretary support to plant management, like prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, etc. Also help plant manager to follow up the action items

7.Responsible for office area 6S and administration related TCO activities

8.Manage the vendors who provide administrative service to Chongqing Plant. Support sourcing & EHSS to conduct annual DD or new vendor selection.

Qualifications Required:

1.Bachelor degree

2.More than 3 years of administration & secretary working experience in MNC

3.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

4.Good communication and leadership Skills

5.Strong service attitude

6.Good computer skill
