• General Job Description and Responsibilities
• Technology transfer of WTG electrical system from corporate
• Technical supports for homologation of new suppliers or critical components, from sourcing stage to final tryout and implementation in production.
• Technical support for production testing, being responsible of new changes implementation
• Identify the process defect and cooperate with local/international departments to optimize the process
• Collect design proposal from local and cooperate with corporate engineering improve the design
• Control, review and localization of product documentation to guarantee the quality guidelines and the reliability of the generator
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in whole organization
• Process quality issue support and analysis.
• Follow and close all internal & external audit also ISO 9000, 14000 actions.
• Technical communication and support with Spain engineering team.
• Keep process improvement and training of operators.
• Others task arrange by department

Requirements

l Major in Electrical Engineering or automation

l 5 years or more experience in power plan/system field

l Know well of wind turbine generator theoretical knowledge

l Electrical system design experience background will be plus

l Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork experience

l Good interpersonal and cross culture communication

l Good English, both oral and written

l Able to make frequent business travels
