Job Description:
1. New product management
Well follow the new product development based on the process of the both companies.
• Check the feasibility of new products internally and feedback to the customer within timeline and closely follow up
• Jointly arrange the trial run with the customer and accompany the customer to view the site
• Communicate & negotiate with the customer and the internal to confirm the external specification and make sure the internal operation will follow the spec
• Work with the SCM of Yum! and internal to provide timely launch information to ensure the launch schedule and no write-off issue
2. Customer service
• Provide the launch & promotion information from the customer to the planning of internal
• Work with the planning team for the core SKU
• Handle the PQNC from the customer
• Help the customer service team to solve the related service issues and communicate with customer’s DC if needed
3. Keep good relationship at the contact level
• Keep good relationship during the daily work
• Collect useful information from the different departments of Yum!

Job Requirements:
• 4 years experience of sales or marketing, KA management experience is preferred
• Ideally experience in the foodservice market
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good project management skill
