Responsibilities:

1. Timely and accurately arrange the export shipment to meet CSL.

2. To prepare full set of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, vanning advance etc.) and provide them to customer timely.

3. Work closely with CS, vendors to arrange the consolidation shipment or drop shipment.

4. To prepare the document and cooperate with customs for applying Form A and C/O

5. To generate weekly shipment schedule according to weekly order shipment schedule.

6. Shipping files/report update, and update I-scala data of invoice timely and accurately.

   Principal Relationships:

   External: Closely coordinate with forwarding companies, transportation companies and surveyor to arrange daily shipping /transportation activities.

   Internal :Coordinate with customer service colleagues and W/H colleagues in shipping arrangement. Coordinate with production supervisors to monitor available products for shipment.

   Education: Junior college or above

   Experience:1 year or more years’ experience in I/E, Shipping.

   Good English writing & reading skill, good knowledges for Incoterms & International trade business.
