RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implement the CBI Quality Assurance Workmanship Standard to cover the final inspection at Bypass/CFS. Apply the AQL.
2. Select appropriate sampling volume (batch) for inspection.
3. Ensure that production meets the Gold Seal Sample and that the GSS is available and current/updated.
4. Keying in the tally sheet to the system upon conducting final inspection.
5. Ensure the lab test result is available for the final inspection disposition.
6. Ensure all CFS/FIS hardware is as per the requirement.
7. For Bypass Inspector, ensure of having factory tally sheet for comparison.
8. Performing the duties compliance to the Guiding Principle, Code of Conduct and Company’s Policy.
9. Complete and discuss the IDP, PMP with the immediate manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in footwear industry.

2. Broad knowledge of component, lab testing standards.

3. Attention to details and analytical skill.

4. High Integrity, motivated with strong creative, organizational and planning skills.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Good command of English language.

7. Proficient computer skill.
