工作职责（仅供参考）：

1、按照公司规定标准督促市场执行, 做好各项培训会的工作指导及新品上市推广培训；

2、管理区域培训师团队日常工作规范达到公司要求；

3、负责终端标准形象布置推广，及时准确宣导品牌相关知识和政策；

4、定期进行区域培训会议, 培养老师授课、辅导能力；

5、根据所属区域特性，制作培训教材，落实区域培训师的培训执行。
