职位描述
Responisiblity:
? Adherence to Corporate Constitution, Employee Charter, Code of Conduct, etc.
? Promote awareness of capabilities & capacities between divisions to foster inter-company sales and vertical integration
? Support the Sales Teams at customer meetings as necessary regarding new business initiatives (new product manufacturing plans / new facility planning)
? Maintain updated snapshot of manufacturing capacities by major process, by division, to aid internal planning of business pursuit activities
- Develops an annual sales plan & budget consistent with the Exteriors & Interiors business plan, e.g. profit, growth and marketing goals.
- Understands deeply the business environment for dedicated area in targeted markets (growth trends, local legislation and competitors).
- Sets aggressive goals at area level to ensure the regional business plan is met.
- Establishes and maintains long term customer relationships with strategically important customers to influence opportunities.
-Look for partnerships, strategic alliances to achieve the strategic business objectives on Exteriors & Interiors in China.
-Coordinate global business pursuit activities with European, North American teams.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, business, sales & marketing or BD field, MBA preferred or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in sales and/or sales management and proven project/ program management. Acquired experience & knowledge in assigned area is preferred.
- Expert business acumen and proven strategic thinking
- Excellent coaching, motivational & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
-Experience in working successfully in a multinational, matrix driven organization
-Fluent English in written and oral
