企培项目经理 （Business Development Manager）

工作职责:

- 带领团队负责企业客户的开发、跟进、签约和关系维护；

- 了解企业客户培训需要，针对企业需求制定培训计划和方案；

- 能独立向客户演示培训计划；

- 协调安排培训讲师；

- 监督培训质量，进行培训过程的跟踪和问题反馈。

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，MBA学历优先考虑；

- 5年以上销售经验，3年以上培训项目管理经验；

- 对企业培训市场有一定的了解，具有开发培训市场新客户的能力；

- 有一定的英语基础，英语阅读及书写流畅；

- 性格开朗、乐于助人并具有不屈不饶的精神。
