Job Description

The client is looking for an HR Manager to lead an HR team in APAC consisting of 10 employees.

The overall responsibility of the HR manager is to ensure that all core HR processes and services run efficiently, smoothly and with excellent stakeholder experience. This includes for example, employer branding, recruitment, on-boarding, transfers, people development, promotions, policy development, implementation and safe-guarding. Furthermore, the HR manager will be responsible for developing the APAC HR team and ensuring a healthy and engaging work environment. One of the focus areas will be to drive change as the client is constantly working for more digitals solutions and improved processes to ensure a professional and scalable HR service.

The HR manager will be part of a global leadership team together with HR managers from other parts of the world.

The Successful Applicant

* Fluent in English
* Hands-on experience with HR operation responsibilities
* Leadership and people management experience and results
* Communication and networking skills, holistic mindset and strong execution capability
* Familiar with and interest in digital HR solutions
* BSc and above in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus
