职位描述
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of the marketing plan, calendar, budget, and communications initiatives. The Marketing Manager oversees company promotions, events, advertising, digital and social media and merchandise, and company websites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives in Beijing and North China area.
2. Ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the branding and projects in Beijing and North China area.
3. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
4. Deliver analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information to department head.
5. Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing projects in Beijing and North China area.
6. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects in Beijing and North China area.
7. Manage the marketing budget, delivering events or activities within agreed budget with department head.
8. Manage the work of designers, and printers ensuring outstanding levels of quality, cost effectiveness, and brand alignment to standard.
9. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. The post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required by department head.
Qualifications
Relevant marketing are essential, preferred in Luxury brand, Luxury car brand, luxury residential business.

? An ability to exercise judgment and a high level of maturity and diplomacy at all times.
? Maintain an attitude that is proactive, energetic, positive, open, honest, friendly and professional.
? Ability to work under pressure both autonomously and as a team player.
? Possess highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to give attention to detail, prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines, while dealing with conflicting and varied demands in a mature and professional manner.
? Demonstrated ability to be flexible to work requirements/commitments/ hours when necessary.
? Demonstrate support for company policy and initiatives in a positive manner in support of management.
? Display a proactive approach to the team and office environment.
