工作内容:
1. Handle incoming queries to DSSC either via phone, e-mail or face-to-face. Follow up end-to-end ticket resolution from receiving the request to provide the final answer to the customer and receive feedback. Provide solution to employees/managers request for information /assistance/service based on respective HR Content and follow up with SSC, Line Managers and CoE IM teams.
2. Manage local social security and supplementary benefits programs,including: Liaise for social security contribution and supplementary benefits programs; Manage the employee contract, files and benefits.
3. Execute and store documentation for new starters and employee movements, including employee contracts, letters, organization announcements and integration kits in line with company practices, processes and service level agreements. Ensure systems and files accurately reflect employee data changes and audit systems to control employee life cycle actions e.g. personal data, payroll information.
4. Assist in international assignment logistic arrangements and compensation info., including: Support in the logistic arrangement for IAs and STAs; Prepare for IA and STA salary information consolidation and IIT filing; Prepare other related reports; Perform for domestic relocation arrangement.
5. Manage the monthly payroll and individual income tax administration in compliance with PMI process
6. Provide compliance program support (RIM), including: training, enhance clean - desk policy and engage employees to Records Review Days.
1.通过电话、电子邮件或面对面的方式处理对DSSC的输入查询。从收到请求到提供最终的答复,并接收反馈,跟踪端到端的票据解决方案。为员工/经理提供基于各自HR内容的信息/协助/服务的解决方案,并与SSC、直线经理和CoE IM团队进行跟进。
2.管理当地社会保障和补充福利项目,包括:进行社会保障和补充福利项目的联系;管理员工合同、文件和福利。
3.为新员工和员工的活动执行和存储文档,包括员工合同、信函、组织公告和与公司实践、流程和服务水平协议一致的集成套件。确保系统和文件准确地反映员工的数据变化和审计系统,以控制员工的生命周期行动,例如个人数据、工资信息。
4.协助完成国际物流安排和薪酬信息。包括:支持IAs和STAs的后勤安排;准备IA和STA薪资信息整合和IIT备案;准备相关报告;执行国内搬迁安排。
5.管理每月工资和个人所得税的管理,以符合采购经理的要求。
6.提供合规计划支持(RIM),包括:培训,加强清洁办公桌政策,并鼓励员工记录审查日期。

本科及以上学历,有过相关工作经验,英文口语流利
