Job Descriptions
? Collect regular property news and development information
? Build and update property related databases including Identifying and aggregating key indicator data
? Synthesize information into effective formats to concisely communicate business and financial issues
? Write research reports in English and Chinese frequently
? Complete high-quality consultancy reports incorporating market analysis, site evaluation and highest-and-best-use studies, etc.
? Give internal and external market updates and presentations frequently
Qualifications
? University Degree (property, geography, economics or urban planning preferred)
? Fully fluent in Mandarin, strong written and spoken English skills required
? Excellent ability using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, & Words)
? Critical thinker, creative and hardworking
? Previous experience in property or related field preferred
? Presentation and public speaking skills preferred
? Proactive, fast learner, flexible, responsible, team player
? Attention to detail and precision in work assignments
? Local geographic knowledge of the city
? Ability to deliver assignments on time under tight time pressure
