职位描述

Responsibilities

-Support sales representatives in collecting and keeping records of paper work for due diligence check of third-party agencies (TPA) following the company policy and working with China’s TPA manager.

-Support sales representatives in collecting information and preparing documentation for tender, and order entry and working closely with the order processing department.

-As a point of contact for customers with queries about company products and help to pass the relevant information to sales team.

-Contribute to the marketing efforts by providing logistical support for marcom events; record, analysis and qualify post-event customer surveys results.


Minimum Qualification

-BA or BS degrees in science or liberal arts with good command of written English

-Must have good clerical skills and hands-on computer skills for MS Office (mostly Outlook, Excel, Word) and good command of oral and written English; knowledge and previous hands-on experience with CRM will be a plus.

-Must be a service-minded person with high level of dedication; with great attention for accuracy and details, with good organization and coordination skills; a good communicator to communicate effectively with clarity.
