KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:

o Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales and profit at your account. Taking ownership for relevant KPI’s and driving corrective actions if required.

o Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NEXPERIA based on this and helping to tailor the NEXPERIA Value Propositions specifically for your customers

o Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at customer and establishing and developing suitable relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIAs position at the account

o Through thorough understanding of the balance of power and relationships, create and successfully execute suitable negotiation strategy and tactics (done throughout the year) in cooperation with the Marketing Team.

o Representing and conveying the customer needs internally at NEXPERIA, and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against strategy

o Effective monitoring of logistic/quality performance and -if required- delegation of issues to the relevant stakeholders within NEXPERIA

o Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are timely updated with accurate information

o Consolidating the above in a Customer Business Plan clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards NEXPERIA in order to meet business targets.

o Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization

YOUR PROFILE

o University background / education in electrical engineering

o Minimum 3-5 Years Sales / Marketing experience in Automotive environment

o Detailed technical understanding of Automotive applications is a prerequisite

o Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused

o Strong communication and negotiation skills in Chinese and English.

o Team player with hands-on mentality

Willingness to travel frequently
