Position Description:
1.A key position in WSE China and responsible for overseeing operations of WSE Centers within an area (usually 6-8 Centers). Report to and support the Regional Operations Director to manage regional issues.
2.Ensure the full implementation of WSE policies and procedures, and create a service focused culture for both the sales and service teams.
3.Drive the area sales to reach targets by supporting the marketing team, managing, motivating and developing Center Directors.
4.Cooperate with the Area Service Manager to maintain WSE service standard.
5.Coordinate the timely submission of corporate leads and relationship building with the Corporate Sales team.
6.Exemplify Wall Street English’s core values - by working closely with the center operations’ staff and HR Team to retain talent.

Position Requirement:
1.10+ years or above direct sales experience (Ideally B2C).
2.5-7 years sales management experience in MNC and have managed at least 15 subordinates.
3.Excellent sales skills and necessary to provide evidence of success and awards.
4.Strong awareness of people management and development
5.Outstanding communication skills
6.High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).
7.MBA Preferred

4.强烈的人力管理与培育意识。
5.出色的沟通能力。
6.强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（必要时可接受灵活的工作时间安排）。
