Responsibilities：

• Work as the onsite role throughout the end-to-end delivery
• Manage the whole recruitment process for client from job analysis, job opening, search to onboard follow-ups
• Leverage & manage various recruitment channels including direct sourcing, job boards & vendor selection to ensure the result requested by client
• Communicate with hiring Mgr. to guarantee all the recruitment process run smoothly
• Generate recruiting summary and daily/weekly management reports

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree with experience in pharm/Finance/IT/MFG/FMCG/Life science industry is preferred
• Over 3 year working experience in recruiting function as in-house HR or recruitment consultant
• Solid client management & direct sourcing skills
• Good internal & external communication skills
• Good English in both oral & written
• Good team work spirit
