Description

The purpose of this position is to develop and grow East China HVAC flow controls business by

supporting existing customers, identifying and following new business opportunities and provide

technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

® Responsible for the sales performance in specified customer base

® Manage the existing customers and support them to grow with us

® Build new customers, particularly OEM customers.

® Work closely with the business development manager to penetrate in new or adjacent markets

® Manage customers’ forecast, work with customer service team to make sure plants meet

customers’ demands

® Provide first hand support to customers where there is quality or delivery issue

® Cover duty or support other regional sales flexibly

Requirements

® A bachelor’s degree, major in HVAC or Automation

® A minimum of 3 years sales or technical support experience in HVAC Industry

® Good communication skill internally and externally

® Fluent in Chinese and good in English

® Good computer skills
