职位描述

Key activities:

§ Administration support (diary management, arrangement of meetings, conference calls, lunches, dinners, travel and expenses and organisation of social events and client entertainment) for the Relationship Managers ;

§ Act as point of contact and co-ordinate correspondence and messages ;

§ Preparing information before customer visits and processing data afterwards (including obtaining, preparing and processing information) ;

§ Producing analyses to identify business potential ;

§ Answering telephone calls, evaluating customers’ requests and processing or preparing the activities that result from this ;

§ Support preparation and implementation of customer events and other marketing campaigns ;

§ Admin duties including ordering of stationery, archiving, renewal of subscriptions/publications, cab bookings, co-ordination of set up for new starters/interns, ensuring appropriate approval forms (i.e. for entertainment) are prepared, submitted and authorised on a timely basis ;

§ initiating the maintenance of data in the IT systems of the bank that support sales ;

§ Monitoring transactions (keeping track of deadlines, following up unresolved issues) and dealing with related correspondences ; and

§ Providing individual banking services for certain clients as directed by the Relationship Manager

§ Timely follow-up of overdraft process ; and

§ Timely collection of all administrative documents drawdown notice, passport copies, etc.


任职资格:

本科以上学历,2年以上银行或金融相关工作经验;

英文熟练,听说读写流利;

熟悉银行业相关商业准则;

有较好的抗压能力和应变能力;

有较好的数据处理能力。
