1.Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or Electronics

2.5+ years products development or design working experience in an international company.

3.Breadth knowledge of automotive industry, connectors, wire harness, plastic and metal parts

4.Fluent English both in oral and written is required.

5.Familiar with PRO-E, AutoCAD, MS-Project. Experience in SAP system will be top-priority.

6.Good experience in APQP, ISO/TS16949 systems, and automotive relevant standards, regulations.

7.Good understanding the producing process about assembling & injection molding.

8.Excellence communication skills, project management skill will be nice to have.

9.Critical thinking and problem solving skills

10.Leadership, planning, organizing and time management.
