职位描述
Reporting to the Asia Regional Manager and Corporate Operations Manager in Mexico; ·
Supervising Hard-line Quality Control Inspections in China; ·
Resolving internal and external quality issues (technical files, materials, manufacturing, production processes, etc…); ·
Prepare monthly reports of non-conformity / non-compliance of inspections to establish corrective actions and proper training; ·
Work closely with our team of coordinators and Inspectors to prepare, assess performance and quality of information of every inspection, paying special attention on inspections performed by 3rd parties; ·
Providing support & training to inspectors to achieve company goals and client requirements; ·
Monitoring and assessing QC activities of our quality inspectors; ·
Estimate quality inspection times and cost. Validating inspectors’ mission expenses; ·
Promote continuous improvements to processes and inspections in both quality and production; ·
Revise, update and validate all inspection reports made by internal inspectors and 3rd parties; ·
Work closely with 3rd parties to assure full understanding of our inspection needs and compliance of our inspection requirements; ·
Assisting in performing internal revisions in accordance with Operation / Systems manuals and Codes of Practices throughout our business; ·
Develop and update the Operation and Inspection Procedures; ·
Draw up documented inspection procedures according to new customers/product requirements; ·
Liaising with customer and suppliers, vendors and factories whenever necessary; ·
Travelling can be required, mainly within China. Later on in Greater Asia; Awareness and guidance for inspections in China and revision of their inspection procedure and reporting is mandatory.

解决内外部质量相关问题（技术文件/材料/制造/生产工艺等）； ·
准备不合格/不合规质检月报，以建立纠正措施和相应培训； ·
使质检组和协调组密切合作，以评估每次质检的绩效和信息质量，尤其注意外部质检工作； ·
向质检员提供支持和培训，以实现公司目标和客户要求； ·
检测和评估质检员的质检活动； ·
估算质检时间和成本，批准质检相关开支； ·
不断提高质检流程和质检本身的质和量； ·
修改、更新和批准内外部质检报告； ·
与外部质检方密切合作，以确保其充分理解并遵守内部质检要求； ·
根据业务，协助修订内部操作/系统手册和操作规范； ·
制定和更新营运和质检流程； ·
根据新客户、新产品的要求拟定书面质检流程； ·
在必要时联系客户、供应商、销售商和工厂； ·
可根据需要出差，先是中国，后为亚洲； ·
告知、指导中国的质检工作，修订质检流程和汇报工作为必要工作。
Requirements: ·
5 years or above QA/QC working experience in Hard Goods and especially Furniture, Home Appliances and articles (electronics and electrics), Toys, Raw Materials; ·
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; ·
Familiar with ISO international standards working and testing environment and good practice; ·
Knowledge of Import & Export and Customs clearance procedure is an advantage; ·
Proficiency in using MS Pack Office; ·
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua; ·
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ·
Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized; ·
Willing to work during holiday if necessary; ·
Immediate availability appreciated.

5年以上杂货质检经验，特别是家具、家电、电子电气用品、玩具和原材料方面； ·
2年以上管理经验； ·
熟悉ISO国际标准的工作和测试环境并有相关实践经验； ·
了解进出口和海关通关知识更好； ·
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件(Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)； ·
卓越的人际交往和沟通能力； ·
主动性、细节导向，有统筹能力； ·
如有必要，愿意在非工作时间工作； ·
即时到岗。
We offer competitive remuneration package including 5 days work, bank holidays, 13 month’ salary, annual leave and medical insurance to the successful applicant.
