岗位职责：

（1）根据公司整体经营战略拟定公司发展短中长期人才管理战略、方法；

（2）组织人力资源各项制度与SOP的修订与完善并督促实施；

（3）全面统筹与管理招募、培训、薪酬福利、考核晋升等各项工作并监督实施；
（4）选任培养训练接班人才，落实选、用、育 、留的动作；
（5）推动、落实各项策略与人力资源专案的有效执行，并追踪、检核、精进之；
（6）依据公司发展计划和年度目标，制定人资体系的各项目标和管理指标，组织年度预算，並督导各下属人资单位有效执行；
（7）随时掌握人力市场的供需及竞争动态，环境与国家相关法令；

（8）协助直属主管优化内部沟通机制，打造良好的内部沟通平台；
（9）主管及上级主管部门临时交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

（1）年龄：30岁以上；
（2）学历：全日制本科及以上学历；
（3）专业：人力资源管理、工商管理等管理相关专业；
（4）经验：6-7年人事相关经验；
（5）其他：大学英语6级水平，听、说、读、写、译熟练；
熟练使用各类办公软件；
具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；

Tingzhi Foodstuff Co., Ltd was established in 1998 in Zhumadian city,Henan Province which is the home of sesame seeds in China. We have been committing ourselves to the development and research of the sesame products. Inspired by the growing market demand, the company invested 100 million RMB in enlarging the factory (covering the area of 154 mu) in 2002. We set up a new factory in Dongguan City, Guangdong province in 2007 (covering an area of 110 mu) for constant expanding market.
