Overall Responsibilities:

China Customer Invoice Settlement Services (CISS) Operations team is responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, rebates & commission and the accurate recording of sales and accounts receivable in accordance to Dow policy.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable cash application for different types of customer payment methods
• Notes Receivable - trade customer management
• Account Reconciliation AR, Rebate, Accruals for sales accounts cut-off
• Customer Sales invoicing, Sales adjustments (Create, Send invoice work process) and Revenue recognition process (domestic, export, interarea, intra-area, samples/trail, consignment different type of sales)
• Miscellaneous Invoicing (trade and intercompany)
• Subsequent compensation program accounting
• Sales & Receivable reporting & analysis
• Monthly and quarterly closing following the global closing schedule
• Understand tax VAT/GST, freight, insurance, interco discount, discount, rebate
  accruals impacts on Invoicing
• Participate in various improvement projects

Experience and Education:

• Diploma in Accounting (Degree in Accounting or other Finance related subject will be advantageous)
• Fluent in English
• Other languages: Japanese and Korean would be highly preferred
