职位描述

岗位职责:

Key Responsibilities
1. Review and implement compensation and benefits program in RRD Asia. This include evaluate and align internal compensation and benefits processes and policies. · Market benchmarking & MRP review · Job analysis, evaluation and Global Job Catalogue · Offering study guideline & exceptional case study · Effective compensation option and benefits policies based government regulation, company Policy and market practices developing and implementation · C&B related statistic reports and analyzing
2. Partner with line managers & HRBP to communicate and implement a competitive and cost effective C&B programs and policies to support the business growth.
3. Assist in designing and managing compensation models, bonus plans, salary structure, job evaluation, individual packages consulting etc.
4. Assist to implement the corporate C&B initiatives into Asia to ensure the consistency throughout the organizations.
5. Participate in annual planning of compensation program including Merit Increase, Performance bonus, sales Incentive plan and administration.
6. Oversee annual labor cost budget process.
7. Oversee benefit management and supplemental insurance program etc.
8. Other C&B projects based on Biz needs and Global/AP/GRC initiatives

任职资格:

Job related competencies
· Strong analytical skill in market data, compensation program design, implementation and evaluation · Strong knowledge in compensation and benefits management
· Good ability in project management especially on the delivery of results within the given schedule · Hands-on HR experience in putting forward processes and policies for a sizeable organization
· Excellent influencing skills – able to communicate views effectively throughout the organization to superiors, peers and staff and/or from different regions
· Proactive, opened mindset, creative, thoughtful and customer focused
· Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
· Fast learner, flexible and adaptable to adjust to a different culture of practice
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Fluent in both spoken and written English
· Minimum 5 years experience in the field of professional COE-C&B management within MNC environment
· Experience in working HR consulting firm will be a strong plus
· Has organizational integration project experience will be a plus
