职位要求：About Our Client

Our client is a Swedish business with 6 legal entities set up in China and South East Asia and the growth is in excess of expectations now after these entities are set up for just a couple years. It is expected that Asia business will soon grow to 40% of group revenue and is the fastest growth region in the company. Our client operates in a model where they provide tailor made solutions to projects including sourcing, project design, installation and aftermarket maintenances.

Job Description

While acting as a strong business partner to the GM and the business leaders, some of the key tasks for the Asia Finance Manager include:

1. Improving upon control and compliance issues in each local subsidiary


2. Improving quality and actionable items for consolidated financial monitoring and reporting


3. Establish KPI from financial data to make actionable information to make management decisions


4. Fully in charge of financial reports in compliance with the local GAAPs as well as providing sufficient management reporting to business leaders to facilitate decisions.


5. Sensitive to numbers with strong commercial sense and able to explain in business language as to what the numbers mean to business. Work with the business leaders to achieve financial targets and be strategically involved in some of the key business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

-Working experience more than 5 years at least. -Need some years working in Asia, need to understand the real control issues, corruption, and all the related.

-Understand the operational issues of financial control for staff reimbursements, supplier kickbacks and government unreasonable intervention in legal business affairs and so on.

-Good known of working culture, outside of Asia. Someone who has worked in Europe or North America in finance in those regions

-We are open for candidates with foreign passports (such as European, American ideally with Asia working experience)

-Mandarin skills is not a must
