职位描述

岗位职责:

该职位前期负责招聘,后期负责薪酬

1. Prepare letters of offer, employment contracts and commission / bonus schemes for local staff at all job grades; inform payroll; brief staff on contract terms;

2. Prepare renewal of employment contracts (PRC only) as required;

3. Prepare Change of Employment Terms & Conditions letters for local staff at all job grades;

4. inform payroll of salary and benefits changes;

5. update masterlist with new details;

6. Maintain Annual Leave records and Personnel files in a timely and efficient manner;

7. Issue salary certification letters, visa application letters, and internal transfer letters, as required.

8. Delivery of Month One Orientation sessions and other training sessions as required;

9. Be familiar with and comply with all HR Company policies as set out in the Policy & Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook;

10. assist in understanding and complying with Company policies.

11. Be familiar with local or regional legislation and government requirements – such as employment contract law, labor relations laws, health and safety requirements, statutory procedures and benefits, and assist with compliance across the business.

12. Maintain the HR storage area, keeping up to date with the filing of Personnel records;

13. Day-to-day tasks such as answering HR telephone lines, diary management, correspondence, expenses, etc;

14. Respond to all staff queries in a timely and professional manner, referring to in-house experts where required;

15. Handle registration, administration, termination and discrepancies for medical schemes, pension schemes, social insurance and housing fund;

16. Assist with cost allocation for departmental charges where necessary;

17. Engage in general HR duties and regional HR team.


任职要求:

1. Must be familiar with China Labor Law and related government regulations

2. Good command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese

3. Strong observation & analytic skills

4. Must be extremely motivated, dependable and flexible, with strong interpersonal and organization skill

5. 2-3 years of working experience in staffing role
