ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

An international company in the agriculture industry
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Narbin, Heilongjiang Province, China
Reporting to:
Sales Manager China
Travelling:
Extensively within the region (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and part of Inner Mongolia)
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Implementation of all sales on the assigned area
+ Support, coordinate and expand systematically this companies dealer network and continue the development of business
+ Promote collaboration and networks and actively organise individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
+ Realize market and innovation trends under direct cooperation with marketing and R + D
+ Frequent travel within the sales area
+ Follow up customer payments
+ Follow up to on existing customers as well as develop new ones
+ Support of order processing
+ Technical advice for customers / dealers
+ Archive monthly and yearly sales targets
+ Provide monthly report of competitor actions in the region
+ Analysis of competition and marked demand
Requirements:
+ Successful completion of economic, engineering or agricultural science degree or similar training
+ At least 3 years experience in a sales position in agricultural engineering or in another sector of the agricultural business
+ Experienced in selling or buying different products to the Agricultural industry
+ Track record of identifying, projecting and meeting sales targets
+ Proven experience in dealing with customers
+ Excellent knowledge of local business culture and sales process in China
+ Good general technical understanding
+ Computer literacy, using "Windows" and "MS Office"
+ Inter cultural skills to work in international team
+ Great communication skills on all levels
+ Great negotiation skills
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, customer - focused and ability to meet deadlines
+ Native Mandarin speaker
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
+ Additional German language is strongly preferred
+ Willing to work and live in Heilongjiang Province
+ Willing to work from home office
+ Willing to travel extensively in North-east China
