5. Develop conceptual, layout and development design for EF English Centers
6. Standardize the design toolbox for EF English Centers across regions
7. Creatively improve existing design and facilities to improve users’ satisfaction, practicality, and save project budget
8. Strategically facilitate more efficient business expansion from design perspective

• Independently produce layout design, and other two- and three-dimensional design for each project.

独立完成每个项目的平面设计以及相关二维、三维的室内设计。

• Take responsibility for design execution by reviewing construction drawings and communications with Construction and team members.
• 通过与团队同事及施工方的沟通，以及审核施工图纸，以保证设计的最终实现。
• Work with Manager to constantly formulate creative design concepts that are functional, budget-saving and aesthetically pleasing.
• 与上司协力不断创造功能性强、节省预算和美观的新设计。
• Consolidate and standardize design standards for different EF English Centers models, and produce Standard Design Toolbox based on produce two- and three-dimensional design specs for each model.
• 为每一种成人培训中心类型整合含有二维及三维设计标准的全国统一设计手册。
• Take initiatives to constantly review existing design and projects, react meaningfully to user feedback, and make improvements on user satisfaction, design functionality and practicality, and project budget.
• 主动回顾反思现有设计和项目，对用户反馈做出有建设性的回应，不断改善用户满意度、设计实用型及项目花费。

• With knowledge and familiarity in the areas of building construction, building materials, textures, specifications, government codes and regulations, life safety issues, sustainability and business practices, advise strategically on how to expand our business more efficiently from design perspective.
• 发挥自身对建造工艺、建筑材料、质感、政府规范、生命安全、环保性、及商业实现的知识，对于如何从设计角度提高业务拓展的效率做出有战略的建议。

• Working level of spoken and written English
• 良好的口语及书面英语水平。

• Fluent in AutoCAD, 3DMax, and SketchUp, and able to independently produce design artwork.
• 熟练使用AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, 具备独立出图能力。

• Familiarity and experience with AdobeCS, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• 有能力使用AdobeCS创作，尤其是Photoshop, InDesign和Illustrator。

• 3-6 years of working experience as an Interior Design, preferably in Retail and Education industries.
