职位描述
Accountabilities：
？ Ensure providing quality Property Management Service delivery to site projects;
？ Make sure all internal compliance are applied in all site management office;
？ Responsible for project transition and termination, including budgeting, team setup and training;
？ Responsible for the consultancy reports for the consulting projects;
？ Develop new business as required.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：
？ Minimum 8 years' experiences in operation of Property management services of commercial buildings
？ Previous experience in property management and supervision of a team at site will be preferred
？ Solid experience in trouble-shooting of the Property management services of commercial building to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements
？ Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point computer skills must be literate
？ Initiative and disciplined
？ Good communication and leadership skills
