职位描述
Job Duties:
- Provide HR systems support including super user system administration, process implementation, and troubleshooting;
- Lead the system team on the daily operation such as system administration and data processing;
- Lead various capacities as required in system upgrade or new system projects;
- Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot system issues, interface with technical team to provide ongoing technical and user support;
- Partner with HR COE (including but not limited to C&B and recruitment function) define business needs and translate into process and operational requirements;
- Track system issues and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field;
- At least 4-6 years of HR system Administration;
- Good Project Management skills and mindset;
- Strong communication capacity;
- Have high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
