- Bachelor or above degree, majored in tooling or mechanical engineering
- 10 years solid experience in precision plastics tooling design
- 2 years tooling or molding leader
- familiar with all aspects of molded plastic or sheet metal parts
- knowledgeable in troubleshooting mold issues and die issues
- Experience with quality management tools and techniques (6 Sigma, DOE, FMEA, QFD, VSM, etc.)
- Strong tooling design and injection failure analysis ability
- Fluent written and oral English
