HR Recruiter （有猎头经验优先）

工作地点：深圳市深南东路2028号罗湖商务中心42楼

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for staff recruitment process, post and update recruitment advertisement at internal and external channels, screen job applications and arrange interviews.

- Liaise with line managers and other function departments for preparation of new staff, like offer proposal, health check arrangement, and so on.

- Coordinate for new staff on board, like contract preparation and P-file management.

- Maintain and updated internal HR database and report.

- Prepares paper work for staff movements and all related workload

- Execute company’s policies and rules in relation to HR matters.

- Further additional tasks which assigned by immediate manager.

Requirement:

- Min. 2 years of working experience in recruitment and staffing.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse work group

- Details-minded and a good team player

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information; able to work with high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations

- Familiar with local employment legislation and relevant laws

- Familiar with running and operation of routine HR

- Perform expertise and professionalism attitude and manner

- Effective communications skills in both English & Mandarin across all level of line managers
