职位描述

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Asia Success Factors system ticket support, mainly on data level and with some administrator role on specific area.
Key contact people in Asia who will work with SAP AMS team on ticket management & review.
Counterpart with corporate HR Ops. team on Success Factors support & upgrade & implementation.
Lead SIT & UAT in Asia for system new function and interface.
Support new HR onboard on Success Factors training and certification and security management.
Harmonize Asia employee data maintain process; make improvement on data quality, integrity and compliance.
Data transactions audit on timely basis.
Work closely with FIN CSS HTR team on payroll data providing & payroll interface support
Assist the HR team with administration such as report development, mass data upload support as well as providing recommendations for process and system improvements.
Work with the appropriate business owners and project team to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.
Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Work with other COE on project implementation and program deployment.
Support HCM and M&A projects on system integration and data migration.
Preliminary study on workforce analytics by using advantage tools on HR data.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Computer Science
At least 5 years working experience, incl. 3 years’ experience within HR applications (SaaS or HR system)
Good customer service sense and attitude, good communication skill
Self-motivated, eager to learn, high sense of responsibility and integrity
System knowledge preferred SAP
Good interpersonal skills essential and strong team player across cultures and disciplines
Have the ability to interpret business needs and translate into process and operational requirements
Fluent English in both verbal and written

Required Skills
Solid knowledge on MS. Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. HR related knowledge on Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning & Development
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, especially to mass data processing
Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized
Highly motivated, self-confident and demonstrate the ability to thrive and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Quick and willing to learn new technology including HR system, tools and AI.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and a commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work and communicate with individuals at all levels to accomplish objectives
Ability to act on initiative to meet objectives
MS project will be a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft application knowledge
Presentation skills
