Job Responsibilities: 

1.1Oversight, inspection on product specification and other information to assess the risks of goods importation by Chinese food regulations. 

1.2 Make Chinese label, and modify label templates. 

1.3 Preparing food technical documents to support goods importation.

1.4 Checking COA reports(laboratory testing report) for importation product.

1.5 Solve the food technical/GB standard problems from CIQ inquired.

1.6 Support to build, maintain and improve QA procedure/SOP of importation food audit.

1.7 Periodic checks inventory of Chinese label.

1.8 Communicate with marketing and sales team, provide product quality and safety information.

2.1 Support to track actual food scandal and events and use multiple communication channels to salve product problems.

2.2 Get the latest food regulatory developments information.

3.1 Summary product Chinese label checklist

3.2 Weekly QA reports.

Job Requirements:  

1. Bachelor degree or above; 

2. One year or above relative working experience in food and beverage industry.

3. Graduates with good command of China food regulations and relative internship experience are welcomed to apply.

4. Good command of written English, good oral English can be a plus.

5. Be discreet and attentive to details, good cross function communication skills and team spirit.
