技能Skills
? Experience in managing the project team for tax engagement;
? Knowledge of both China and international accounting standard, e.g. US GAAP and IFRS;
? Knowledge in practical tax and accounting matters for Foreign Invested Enterprises in China ;
? Well experienced in financial due diligence review and may lead up a team with full responsibility of the project;
? Excellent reporting skill in English and can supervise other reports of the team;
? Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
? Proficient in MS Office;
? Dependable, accurate, effective problem solving skills, good team player;
? A self starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under pressure.
教育背景 Educational Background
? 会计或税务专业，学士或学士以上学位
Bachelor degree or above in accounting
? 具有中华人民共和国中级会计师职业资格者优先
Possession of certification as a middle level Chinese professional accountant is a plus
经验 Experience
? 有1年以上涉及国际会计，税务或审计事务所或大型的外企企业的税务经验
1 year above tax experience in international accounting, tax / auditing firm or large multinational company;
