本科及以上学历，英语听说读写精通，有在厨具/炊具工厂工作背景或者国际品牌公司工作背景，必须对厨具类产品有一定了解，以及对北美市场相关了解。可以在家办公。具体见如下要求：

* Must come from Cookware manufacturing OR National brand importer background.

* Must be able to speak and write fluent English.

* Must have product know-how of cookware/kitchenware.

* Must know the US market well.

* Must be able to work off the office with strong self-discipline and be able to handle emails/phone calls at night time with overseas co-workers.

* Better to have management skills-like use to be manager or director or supervisor before.

* Better to know US retailers' process and requirements with experiences.

* Better to station in Shenzhen.(No need to work in the office)

Missions:
1. Set up strict quality controls and inspect all our goods before delivery
2. Be close to our suppliers facilities and provide support on how to keep constant reliable quality levels
3. Coordinate all the logistics activities ranging from artwork, packaging printing, container booking, 3rd party inspection, order follow up and shipment release
4. Guarantee full dedication of our work force to meet our customer and consumer expectations
5. Source new potential suppliers & products
6. Contribute actively to product innovation with our Product Development Team
