Qualification:

1. College or above in electronic or relevant field
2. 8 years above inspection experience and at least 3 years in supervisor role. Familiar with electronic products

3. Familiar with quality system such as ISO 9001, as well as social, environment system

4. Competent in 8D and able to lead incident management.

5. Excellent communication and reporting skill.

6. Able to communicate in English (Verbal/Written).

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Power point).

8. High responsibility, honest and working hard.

Task:

1. Direct team of inspectors to assist with and/or own IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC, loading processes at the manufacturing site, collaborating partnering to evolve manufacturers internal quality management

2. Drive corrective action implementation based on quality process findings to ensure that root cause is successfully determined and meaningful corrective actions are implemented.

3. Well arrange the inspection schedule to ensure all goods can be shipped on time with good quality

4. Create the checking list for the new product and find the weakness for the old checking as well as improve it.

5. Review all inspections reports and ensure all QC follow the checking list correctly.

6. Monitor inspectors’ KPI and do proper training to ensure meet company quality level

7. Other task arranged by quality manager
