Responsibiltiy:

1. 50% Achieve Business Target

-Deliver business goals of assigned customers;

-Budget planning and control, provide forecast to supply chain for production;

-Manage online investment to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L;

2. 20% Enhance brand presence and equity online by managing online portfolio, activity and campaign

3. 30% New channel explore and business model build up

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree above. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

2) Proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-channel strategies and leading service providers to develop and implement successful web/mobile solutions

3) Demonstrated ability to successfully over achieve sales plans and proactively manage sales and profit to meet Business objectives

4) Solid understanding and demonstrated compliance with legal requirements about e-commerce and Industry code in China

5) Experience managing e-commerce platforms with technical understanding of website infrastructure related to e-commerce operations (supply chain, customer service, media mix, CRM)

6) Ability to manage distributors.
