Job description:
1) 负责订单的下发，跟进交期,处理订单过程中出现的任何异常情况，确保订单准时出运。Follow up orders from issuing till delivery, pushing schedule to ensure shipment delivered on time.
2) 跟进公司内部库存状态，及时处理缺货问题。Follow up back order status, give instruction to vendors to fulfill the back order.
3) 负责供应商协议的签订，交期，付款条款,降价等商务谈判In charge of signing agreements with vendors, negotiating LT, payment term, cost down plans with vendors.
4) 收集市场信息，推荐潜在的供应商等。Gathering marketing information, recommending potential vendors etc.
5) 内部供应商资料的建立与归档，报价的整理。Build up interior vendor information system including vendor's profile, price, performance etc.
6) 对供应商表现进行评估，帮助供应商提升。Evaluating vendor's performance to help vendors make improvements.

Requirement:
1) 大学本科 Bachelor degree preferred
2) 3年以上工作经验，3+ years working experience
3) 熟悉采购和供应链流程Familiar purchasing and supplier management process
4) 熟练掌握MS办公软件Familiar with MS Office
5) 良好的英文能力和沟通能力Good English level and communications skills
6) 优先考虑有买家或贸易公司工作经验者Trading Experience is a plus.
7) 优先考虑有灯具行业经验者 Lighting experience is a plus
