职位描述
Working tasks will include:
Developing business in the assigned field and achieve the sales target
Identifying profitable and sustainable business opportunities, develop and execute well-controlled sales plans, close new sales, cross-sell other services to existing clients and retain existing accounts
Key Account maintenance & development to set key account objectives and the business plan, providing compelling solutions to contribute to the success of the customer
Increase market share and revenue within existing accounts through stronger relationships and increased client satisfaction
Provide monthly reports to management on sales statistics; market intelligence on new projects; product launches etc.
The right candidate will need to
University degree and sales/BD experience
2-3 years sales and marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals Micro-electronics chemical Medicine-device field or related with these mentioned industry preferred
Excellent knowledge in relevant customers, competition and markets
Experience in business management skills, such as identifying opportunities, allocating resources, tracking performance
Have excellent communication skills and flexibility to work effectively within different teams and willing to share knowledge with colleagues
Be self motivated with a high energy level
Be a competitive individual (want to “win”) who are outgoing and willing to enter dialogue with potential clients
Mandarin Chinese & Fluent English an advantage
Is able to travel as required
