Job description:
As a technical expert, main jobs are to provide technical supports to solve all kinds of technical issues, whatever it is in the PCB processes, before productions or even during design stage. To have solutions for projects according to needs, and work together with technical guys from factories, sales or technical support from local offices, even with customers.

Job Responsibility:
1. Work with factories to do technology improvements according to TCA (Technology Change Application) projects, let the factory to work on the right way to finish the process set up and get the new capability efficiently.
2. To follow up and have solutions for difficult / highlighted important projects in the factories according to needs.
3. Provide technology support to the local offices to have technical solutions for projects according to needs. Answer and clarify technical questions from sales or customers.
4. Might support new sourcing projects by technical checking.
5. Might have technical seminars to colleagues or customers.
6. Deal with the temporary work arrangement from superior.

Qualifications:
1. You have at least 5 year experience in PCB technical field, familiar with the technology of PCB processes, experience and knowledge of root cause analysis of technical concerns happened in processes.
2. You are professional with technical projects, ability of leading technical projects independently. Priority if you own some patents of PCB manufactures.
3. You are ok for travelling out of office frequently.
4. You have very good knowledge in English both in speaking and writing and Microsoft Office;
5. You are target focused with a strong will to deliver results.
6. You are accurate and structured in your work.
7. Very good communication and presentation skills.
