Deal with the purchasing projects, especially the new product purchasing projects. Make effective evaluation with the suppliers and promote the achievements of projects.

工作职责：
¢ Evaluate, assess, rate and develop suppliers worldwide；
评估、快速开发全球供应商；
¢ Establish, develop and optimize the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers and spe-cialists;
与供应商、专家合作，建立、发展、优化供应链；
¢ Prepare and negotiate complex contracts and agreements;
准备、洽谈复杂的合同和协议；
¢ Contract negotiations in Chinese and English at a business management level;
具有中文、英文的公司管理级别的合同谈判水平；
¢ Work out the best possible price-performance ratio with suppliers.
开发性价比最好的供应商；
¢ Continuous monitoring of suppliers with respect to quality, on-time delivery performance, price-performance ratio, adherence to agreements and their financial situations.
根据供应商的财务状况，持续监控供应商的质量、准时交付率、性价比等；
¢ Project management, participate in global sourcing projects.
参与全球的战略采购项目
¢ Subproject management in development projects.

职位要求：
？ 5-10 years of experience in internal supplier management
5-10年的国内供应商管理经验
？ Fluent English skills including speaking and writing
