Responsibilities -
？ Act as a technical product leader and engineering expert for the global EE organization
？ Build global EE engineering organization to support roadmap of product development and geographical locations.
？ Lead the NPD EE projects and bring them to market on time, on cost and to specification.
？ Lead cross-functional design and prototype reviews in China with cross functional teams and effectively communicate in US, UK and in China by e-mail, phone, and video conferencing.
？ Provide creative solutions to technical engineering challenges individually and as part of team sessions
？ Regularly prepare (Weekly) technical reports and present to executive team formal reviews.
？ Guide and help peers and direct reports with business and enterprise improvement projects.
？ Co-ordinate and manage the team to solve critical issue in timely manner
？ Define, evaluate, and control new product designs using Product Specifications, Design Verification Test Plans, CBOMs, and DFMEAs
？ Identify project risks and take steps to manage or mitigate risks
？ Review and approve ECNs (Engineering change notifications)
？ Proficient using EE CAD SW packages to communicate design intent and information
？ Build partnerships and constructive working relationships with 3rd party developers and manufacturers.
？ Seek out opportunities to drive efficiencies and best working practices in the global engineering group.

Requirements -
? Strong design skills and proven track record in embedded system,mixed signal (analog and digital) circuit design, board layout, noise, grounding, and signal integrity issues
? Understanding and experience in multilayer board layout requirements and technology
? Proficient in EE CAD system such as OrCad, PADs, Zuken/SD Designer/Altium
? Knowledge and experience with communication protocol such as UART, I2C, PCI, CAN/LIN
? Solid methodology and understanding of new product development and engineering process.
? Solid verbal and written communication skills English & Chinese
? An inspiring team leader leading and motivating the team effectively
? Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
