Secondary Chinese Teacher

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor or above degree is required, Chinese major is desirable

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language or teach Chinese in IB middle school. (Excellent graduates are welcome to apply)

3. CET-6 or equivalent English level. Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.

4. Teacher qualification certificate is required.

Job Description

1、 Responsible for teaching Chinese of secondary school

2、 Work effectively to achieve course outcomes in assigned schools.

3、 Deliver high quality lessons, strictly adhering to the curriculum and course outline

4、 Implementing School policies related to the documentation of teaching, student records of achievement and reporting to parents;

5、 Effective teaching that demonstrates understanding and implementation of School policies and sound classroom management;

6、 Effective teaching and learning support that demonstrates the qualities listed in the School’s Performance Appraisal Policy;

7、 Effective collaborative planning, creation and use of resources;

8、 Contributing to the growth and development of the School and to its on-going improvement through meaningful participation in whole-School planning and organization

9、 Performing other duties as agreed with the Head of School.

1. 全日制本科在读及以上学历, 中文或对外汉语专业背景

2. 持有教师资格证书

3. 普通话水平测试二级甲等及以上

4. 英语六级以上，听说读写优秀者优先，英文口语标准流利

5. 有两年中学英语教学经验优先(IB school)； 优秀应届生也可以考虑

6. 品性良好，有耐心和良好的应变能力

7. 热爱学生，个性开朗，工作认真负责

8. 熟练使用办公软件

工作职责：

1. 担任中学部全职中文教师

2. 有国际化的教学经验及教学模式，并愿意主动承担一些额外教学工作

3. 遵守学校要求，做好教学情况及学生成绩记录并向学生家长汇报

4. 有效协调教学中存在的沟通、贯彻学校方针及课堂管理中存在的问题

5. 协同编制教学计划、充分利用资源、保持创新能力

6. 积极参与全校的计划及组织管理，为学校的成长、发展、进步做贡献

7. 在课堂上或学校各项相关活动中,对学生进行有效监督,注意学生的安全

8. 在工作时间内参加相关会议、活动并根据学校值勤表履行相关职责

9. 履行校长同意的其他职责
