Day to Day Responsibilities:

？ Lead Regional Monitoring Team to deliver Regional Monitoring service to all business units in China region and align with CGS monitoring strategy.

？ Ensure all critical security alarms, services and emergency situations are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

？ Generate daily, weekly and monthly report and review with business client to drive for corrective actions.

？ Ensuring all policies, procedures and protocols are followed at all times and escalating situations and/or issues to management as appropriate.

？ Analyzing data to make process improvements. Such data includes Client satisfaction ratings, AAPM performance, response time, case management statistics, etc.

？ Continuous improvement of all policies, procedures and process flows is critical to ensure the highest level of efficiency within the department. Communication of changes, enhancements and updates of all such improvements is important to all individuals affected.

？ Lead to deliver follow up activities to support Business Continuity activities and align with CCRP and Business Continuity and Resilience Team

？ Drive PEx activities and promote PEx culture in China Security Operation Team

？ Support security operation management for Expansion Project in China

 

Education & Experience

？ Bachelor or above

？ 5+ years in the work force Security work experience;

？ 3+ years in Leading Security team

？ Team management experience is preferred

？ Must be knowledgeable of safeguards and security practices and procedures and be familiar with regulations related to safeguards and security.

？ Strong customer service skills

？ Aptitude for clear and effective writing under time-sensitive conditions

？ Superior telephone and face-to-face verbal communication skills, including experience clarifying information in a friendly and positive manner

？ Ability to establish priorities, multitask, work independently, and complete objectives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment

Desired Skills

？ Knowledge of Lenel System

？ Knowledge of centralized monitoring

Soft Skills

？ Possess excellent people skills;

？ Be experienced in dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization;

？ Must have strong oral and written communications skills;

？ Good English skill (written and oral) is preferred
