Duties & Responsibilities

1 Independently develop local business opportunity to deliver sales target. Key focus is China GB market and new services.

2 Cooperate with overseas KAM to develop global program pipeline for China GB.

3 Schedule to visit clients, agent office in order to maintain relationship, expand market share & provide solution.

4 Collect clients’ contact information, business trend & potential new business possibility etc. Then lead for strategy and action plan to gain more market share or maintain baseline.

5 Monitor the monthly business volume of each client & investigate if any potential risk or opportunity. Lead related divisions such as operation, BD, PM, TS to work out solution.

6 Co-ordinate with internal divisions to hold vendor seminar, lab tour, client training to deliver value-added service and total solution.

7 Communicate with oversea teams to tie up vision and strategies on global client development.

Skills & Requirements

1 Excellent communication technique in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English.

2 Willing to learn and work under pressure.

3 Good to work team spirit in the company & organization.

4 Good skill in MS office, dressing manner, etc.

5 Mature, result oriented, with potential to be leadership pipeline.

6 Can work independent, proactive for relationship management, aggressive for business development.

7 Willing to develop people and team.

Education & Experience

1 Bachelor Degree or above.

2 At least 6-8 years of working experience in laboratory or trading company or related industries.
