Education: bachelor of science or above
Education background: chemical engineering, civil engineering, thermal energy engineering are preferred
Language skill: English in writing and reading is necessary
Working experience: at least 3 years relevant working experience
Working place: Beijing, needs to travel to Shanghai frequently
Computer skill: office software (word, excel, power-point)
Others: team work and good communication skill

Job responsibilities:
To coordinate with different functional teams to complete the code strategy based on business understanding
To support team leader completing the code & standard editing and revising work;
To complete the documentation work for certification
To maintain the relationship with relevant top experts and key research institutes in China
To support business team by providing code suggestions and consulting, or collecting marketing information
To participate some projects independently (PRB) and contributing functional expertise
Some research work: publishing research articles and front end research results sharing
To join some relevant product application work: support BM innovation team
Some other routine work daily

Explanations:
This head count should full time work in Beijing office and accept traveling frequently (about 20~30% a year);
This head count can be either junior or senior, but some research background for insulation material industry is preferred.
