职位描述
Role accountabilities
? Sales Performance Analysis
o Support RSD to collect and consolidate sales data, including Cluster plan / Customer master data / KA profile / Competitor information…
o Deliver sales report on time and secure data quality, accuracy and punctuality.
o Support on regional marketing activity plan / KA plan consolidation.
o Financial and Commercial Assistance and Supervision
o Support sales team on A&P application and follow-up process. Communicate with sales team and distributors to collect the full copy of materials.
? SMAP and USP
o Support RSD and distributor to keep record of monthly business review meetings (SMAP & USP meeting). Deliver meeting minutes and sales record to relevant colleagues on time.
o Deliver SMAP & USP data and ensure the quality, accuracy and punctuality.
? Other Admin Work
o Support sales team for travelling plan, expense collection and any admin work.
Qualification and experience
Education：Bachelor’s degree
Experience：At least 2 years’ working experience
Technical/Functional Expertise：Admin or sales analysis function
